Adamstown Riders Competing At Manchester Velodrome: 

ACRC riders Roisin Kennedy and Brendan Whelan will spend four days at Manchester Velodrome next weekend with two days of Racing and Two days of Training.

Both Riders will be racing in the Manchester Regional Track League on Friday Night (February 13^th) and the ACT Track League on Monday Night (February 16^th). 

The Riders will take part in an SQT (Structured Quality Training) on Saturday – and will be part of the iteam.co.uk training session on Sunday 3pm to 5pm - followed up with another SQT on Sunday evening 6pm to 8pm

• Friday 13^th: MRTL (Track league)
• Saturday 14^th: SQT
• Sunday 15^th: iteam.co.uk Session + SQT
• Monday 16^th: ACT Track League

Kennedy will take part in all the Womens events and Whelan (2008 Senior National Sprint silver Medalist) will compete in the Veteran races. 

Both riders were regular competitors at the Cycleways Track League last Season, with ACRC placing four Track Riders in the overall prizes.
